End of a Hectic Day

Looking back at the things I had to put up with - Rush for the exam, sit down for 2 hours with MCQ questions, pay the fees, take more than a handful of books back home on a way filled with all sorts of chaos. Whoo! Its been some day.

Close to 100%

OOP in C++ was a piece of cake. I had all the answers done in around 1/4th of the time alloted. But, due to the effing 'Rules', wasn't able to leave the premises before 1 hour had gone by. Even then I had to literally fight my way through the rugged institute.

It was really annoying, they don't use any method to stop the student's from cheating and talk of 'RULES'. Anyways, its all well that ends well. I should get pretty close to 100% in this paper, but for the 'Who knows evaluation scheme'.

Moving on to the next one, which is comprised of 3 text books. Realistically speaking, its going to be really hard to pass this one. I'm gonna do my best and hope for the rest.

1 Down 7 to go

Discrete Mathematics has been done and dealt with. The questions were relatively simple but because of not having attended the classes, I couldn't do better. The examination enviorment was C Grade, as the benches and desks were all dusted up, besides being really old. Unfair means were everywhere to be seen with many resorting to open conversation. All in all the exam went quite well when all the factors are taken into consideration.

One weird thing was the submission of question paper after the termination of the exam. While it doesn't give you any scope for assessing your performance, its a good move for exams of this fashion (8 days of continuos havoc); kinda, look ahead not behind thing.

The next one on queue is Data & File Structures. Its got 10 Units, most of which were primarily, greek to me. There's a huge bundle of concepts to be understood and terms to be learnt. Up until now, I've got a fair idea of most of the topics and with another 5-6 hrs of study time on my hand, everything should just end up well.

Bye Bye Teens

Guess I am past my teens now! Getting into the twenties should bring in a bit of maturity and a lot of responsibilities.
